Training Instructor, Education and Training

Air Force Materiel Command is hiring a Training Instructor in Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver classroom and practical instruction in personnel, computer, management, and leadership topics, and arrange classroom space and session announcements.
• Build and refresh lesson plans, handouts, and training aids, and check source material so content stays current and accurate.
• Track learner progress, use tests and course reviews to judge results, and suggest changes that improve future training.

What you need:

• A bachelor’s degree in education or a related subject, or qualifying experience teaching adults or running a training program.
• Clear speaking and writing skills, good organization, and the ability to explain technical material in a way learners can follow.

Pay and schedule: $42,253 – $100,703 per year, full-time and permanent, with occasional travel.
